Warranty
Tear off existing shingles /
roofing material of home
Replace bad wood if needed
Install Ice and Water Shield
to gutter edge of roof
Install 1˝ aluminum drop
edge to perimeter
Install all new soil boot
covers and vents if needed
Install desired shingles
and/or other Roofing materials, such as rubber
Install aluminum flashing to
chimney as needed
Vent roof appropriately
Install continuous ridge
vent at main peaks or other areas as requested
Finally a thorough and
meticulous clean is performed on the entire site.
